Welcome to Polecat Harmony Clothing — where style meets harmony, and every order is custom-made with barbershop love. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Made Just for You
We are a print-on-demand store using Printify and trusted third-party print partners. This means:
- Each product is custom printed when you order.
- Orders go into production shortly after purchase.
- Production times range from 2–7 business days, plus shipping.
Because everything is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for fit, color, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide to most destinations. You’ll see shipping options and delivery times at checkout.
Please Note:
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
- You’re responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We can’t reprint orders due to address mistakes.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Returns & Replacements
Because we don’t hold inventory, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
But—we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item and issue
- Your order number and details
We’ll issue a free reprint or refund for verified issues.

5. Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and our integrated payment gateways. We never store your credit card details.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, characters, logos, and original content on this site belong to Polecat Harmony Clothing LLC. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Interfere with our services or website functionality
- Violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
8. Policy Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes go into effect once posted here. Please review regularly.
